U.S. Shipping is always just $6! The more you buy, the more you save on shipping. If you are buying a Loops original pattern, you have the option of having it emailed to you as a PDF file in lieu of a shipping charge. Just send us a message or call the store to request PDF service. We are more than happy to ship outside the U.S. We charge only the actual U.S.P.S. Shipping cost. Pricing:

Loopsknitting.com online prices may vary from Loops in-store prices. There are many reasons for this - manufacturers' fluctuating prices, overhead costs and shipping are the primary factors. Sometimes, we have store-only or web-only specials and sales. Sorry, but we cannot honor web prices in-store and vice versa.

Returns:

Yarn may be returned for up to six months. If we receive it back in the store within 2 weeks of your purchase, we will refund your full purchase price with the original method of payment. Credit card returns will be processed immediately. Yarn must be in original condition, with label/ballband intact, unwound. We don't want you running out of yarn mid-project, so we always suggest you order that extra ball, then return it later if need be.

Sales Tax:

There is no sales tax on Loops online purchases, unless you live in Oklahoma. If you're an Oklahoma resident, you will be charged Oklahoma sales tax at current rates.
